Admissions Information - If you have questions regarding Admissions please contact Vanessa Ramirez, Admissions Counselor, at (909) 399-5550 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Visiting Information - Visitors are welcome daily. Suggested visiting hours are, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visitors are allowed at other times if their visit doesn’t interfere with resident’s care. If you are critically ill, relatives may visit at any time, unless medically contraindicated. Visitor parking is available along Priscilla Lane (the driveway leading to the Health Services Center off Harrison Avenue). Additional parking is also available on the west side of the circle at the end of Priscilla Lane.
