Pilgrim Place is a caring, compassionate community where residents who have dedicated their lives to helping others through careers in religious and charitable non-profit organizations are now afforded the best possible care throughout their senior years.  A full continuum of care is available to all residents including independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing.

Residential Living
Within its 32-acre campus 185 individual, one-to-three bedroom, lushly landscaped cottages and apartments are situated along winding roads bordered by shade trees and semi-tropical shrubs. All houses on the perimeter face outward onto city streets, creating a seamless flow into the surrounding Claremont community. Monthly fees depend on the size and amenities of the residential unit.

Assisted Living
As residents need assistance with housekeeping chores, medications and basic activities of daily living, accommodations at Pitzer Lodge, an assisted living facility, are available. Studio and two-to-three room apartments are available, each with a private bath and walk-in closet. Pitzer Lodge accommodates 54 persons (singles and couples). A full-time licensed Lodge Director and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) ensure that Pitzer residents feel at home, are comfortable, maintain friendships, and participate in daily activities and special events.

Skilled Nursing
At our 68-bed, fully licensed Health Services Center, restorative therapies, short- or long-term custodial care is provide to residents of Pilgrim Place and from the wider community. It is universally regarded as among the finest care facilities in the area, where all residents there are treated like family — with dignity, respect and true caring.  Community members who are interested in the Health Services Center can contact the HSC Admissions Coordinator at 909-399-5550.
